Do a Day- Work Life Balance of a Young Professional

03:30 PM 04:30 PM Calusa C

We all struggle with overcoming past mistakes and challenges. At the same time, we live with the stress of all that might go wrong in the future. It holds us back from achieving what we really want today, and leads to being employees of our lives rather than living them. There is a way to break this pattern and create a balanced life you can be fully-engaged in, and it’s called, "Do a Day."

In this session, best-selling author Bryan Falchuk will share the key components from his book, Do a Day, to leave you with the inspiration and actionable strategies needed to engage in your business and life with purpose and balance as you move ahead. As a result of this session you will:

  • Understand self-worth and why it is the necessary first step to face any challenge
  • Find true motivation so that you can push forward with resilience
  • Learn to build focused goals to help prioritize the most important opportunities to focus on; and
  • Learn to execute on goals with the power of our true motivation and sense of self-worth using the Do a Day framework
